This Refund Policy governs refunds for subscriptions and prepaid credits purchased for the Internal Audit platform ("Service") operated by SMART FILING PTE. LTD. (UEN: 202423317C).

By purchasing a subscription or credits for the Service, you agree to this policy.

Subscription fees and prepaid credits for Internal Audit workspaces are generally non-refundable once paid, unless required by applicable law.

Fees cover access to platform features such as audit planning, engagement workspaces, evidence management, and reporting for the purchased billing period.

Refunds may be issued at the Company's discretion in limited situations such as:

Organization administrators may cancel subscriptions at any time through account or billing settings.

Unless otherwise stated, cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. Access to audit data may remain available until the end of the paid period, after which export options may be provided before account closure.

Please contact us before initiating a chargeback with your payment provider. We will work to resolve billing disputes promptly.

Unauthorized chargebacks may result in suspension of access to the Service while the dispute is investigated.

Nothing in this policy limits any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.
